Hubert is the head of UNITLIFE’s Secretariat, based in STATION F in Paris, France. Prior to joining UNITLIFE, Hubert was the CEO of the AMREF Health Africa Foundation office in Paris for over three years. Until 2019, Hubert matured his career in public health and agricultural rural development by providing technical assistance to ministries, managing teams & fundraising programs as Deputy and Country Representative in conflict / post-conflict and in-reconstruction countries in Africa (Central & South-East Asia, Congo Basin, Great Lakes region and the Horn of Africa) for international NGOs, the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine and the Food and Agriculture Organization.

Hubert has a MSc in International Cooperation & Development from Social Science & Economy Faculty in Paris (FASSE/ICP) and is passionate and committed in the development of the African continent.
