ASSIA SIDIBE

Assia Sidibe is the head of UNITLIFE’s Secretariat, based in STATION F, Paris, France.

Prior to joining UNITLIFE, Assia worked for the African Risk Capacity (ARC), a specialized agency of the African Union providing sovereign risk insurance solutions to the most vulnerable countries to climate change in Africa. As the Head of Government Services for West and Central Africa where she was responsible for the region’s operations of ARC, which provided approximately 100 million USD in coverage annually.

Originally from Mali, Assia grew up in Côte d’Ivoire and has also lived in France and South Africa. As an Aspen New Voices fellow, she is passionate about the development of the African continent. She graduated from Sciences Po Paris with a Master’s degree in Finance and Strategy.
